The exciting opportunity Serve as first point of contact for prospective/existing clients: manage enquiries, create profiles, follow-ups, budget calculators, and HCP agreements. Conduct assessments, advocate in My Aged Care calls, process package changes/discharges, and escalate issues to operations. Coordinate services with third-party providers (allied health, meals, etc.) and monitor delivery against care plans. Handle office admin, CRM data, inside sales processes, and business development—attending expos, building referral packs, and generating leads. Expand networks across Wheatbelt territory, identifying opportunities and reporting on enquiries/conversions. Ensure compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement while mentoring peers in a collaborative culture. Bring sales flair to resolve teething issues, onboard smoothly, and grow client base with your coordinator background.
