Reporting into the Head of Credit, you will be tasked with assessing, structuring & approving of complex commercial loans, construction loans, acquisition finance along with other products ensuring portfolio quality & investor outcomes. To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following: Possess a minimum of 5years exercising a credit approval authority across the Australian commercial lending market with proven construction/development experience Hold strong financial analysis on complex structures, cashflow modelling, scenario & sensititivty testing Demonstrate a commercial risk approach with sound confident decison making & judgement with a record of low loss levels on the loanbook from your decisions.
