Our client, Wassmuth Automotive Pty Ltd, is seeking for suitably qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics to join their business on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of light motor vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs including engines, gearboxes, brakes, clutches, suspension, steering, and cooling systems Conduct testing, adjustments, and replacement of defective or worn components to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy Accurately complete job cards, service records, and related documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment Comply with workplace health and safety requirements at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work requirements and progress Requirements: Minimum three (3) years of relevant post-qualification work experience as a Motor Mechanic Relevant trade qualification in a similar role or an equivalent qualification Demonstrated experience working on light motor vehicles Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and fault-finding skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
