About the role Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel with transactional matters. The ideal candidate will ideally have 3 to 5 years’ PQE. In this newly created role, your key responsibilities will include: Management of private capital and property finance transactions. Assisting with business development initiatives and strategic projects. Supporting the business in relation to interpretation of corporate and commercial, fund and transaction documentation. Assisting with the legal risk processes regarding investments. About you To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes: Ideally 3 to 5 years’ post qualification relevant experience in private practice or in-house roles. Prior experience in property finance is preferred. Strong project management, organisational and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commercial and entrepreneurial approach to matters. Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
