As an Agent Support professional, you’ll play a key role in driving success while building a strong foundation for long-term growth in the industry. Full-time, Monday–Friday role. Ideal for someone highly organised, process-driven, and confident managing competing priorities in a dynamic team environment. Typical day in the life as Agent Support; Your responsibilities will include, (but are not limited to): Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity; Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy; Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management; Manage listing campaigns; Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings; Self-managing day to day tasks; and Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.
