Description Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned oil & gas customers Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Support job planning, execution, and post-job reviews Manage rental tools from mobilization through demobilization Ensure correct application of rental start/stop dates, transit days, and free-rental periods Monitor tools in the field to prevent unbilled or under-billed rental time Coordinate off-rent notifications and tool returns Review and manage POs, pricing, and contract terms Liaise with operations, logistics, and field service teams Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve billing disputes Manage customer escalations and ensure compliance with HSE requirements Qualifications & Experience Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or oilfield services 2–5 years’ experience in account management, sales, or operations within oil & gas Strong understanding of rental tools, equipment, or oilfield services Experience managing POs, contracts, and rental billing Skills & Competencies Strong commercial and financial awareness Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams High attention to detail, particularly in billing and asset tracking Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of rental billing and reduction of unbilled days Customer satisfaction and account retention On-time invoicing and dispute resolution Asset utilization and tool return efficiency
