As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll: Provide social and community participation support (appointments, outings, social groups, sports, community engagement) Encourage skill-building and confidence in everyday life Offer companionship and emotional support Help participants engage in meaningful activities and pursue their interests Walk alongside participants as they work towards their NDIS goals About You You don’t need formal qualifications to apply, what matters most is your attitude and values.
