We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Aged Care Support Workers to provide in-home assistance to elderly clients living independently int he community. Duties include: Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation) companionship and emotional support Assistance with shopping, appointments, and outings Following care plans and maintaining client dignity. Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Home & community) or equivalent Current police check First Aid and CPR Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle Ability to work independently and professionally in client’s home.
