What you’ll be doing: Leading end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from award through to handover Establishing and refining PM processes as part of a broader delivery rebuild Overseeing project planning, programming, procurement, and construction methodologies Leading subcontractor engagement, trade letting, and value management reviews Monitoring project budgets, cost performance, forecasting, and cashflow Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality standards Identifying buildability opportunities and resolving onsite challenges proactively Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to site teams and contract administrators What we’re looking for: Experience as a Project Manager within commercial/residential construction Proven ability to build and strengthen delivery structures, processes, and team capability Strong understanding of construction sequencing, D&C principles, and project risk management Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strong financial acumen, including cost control, forecasting, and subcontractor management Proficiency in industry software such as PROCORE , Cheops , and Microsoft Project A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to set standards and drive best practice Why join us?
