About the role Sunbuild is looking for a Plant and Equipment Supervisor to join our team in Darwin. General Duties & Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring maintenance and call our repair subcontractors. Planning and supervising maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, often involving short-term project planning and resource allocation. Asset Management ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment, physical assets, buildings, and machinery to minimise downtime and maximise availability. Managing maintenance budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting progress and costs to senior management. Developing and maintaining relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or services. Inspecting facilities to diagnose problems and responding to unplanned work, call-ins, and breakdowns. Requirements: Must have trade experience and trade qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction/infrastructure project delivery Strong safety focus and knowledge Hold a current White Card Ability to hold Defence Clearance Desirable: Exposure to PROCORE, Breadcrumb and ChekRite.
