This is a 12 month max-term opportunity created to provide backfill while a permanent HR Business Partner leads a significant organisational program and project implementation. This makes the role ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into an established environment, continuing to foster strong stakeholder relationships, and making meaningful impact within a defined timeframe. In this role, you will predominantly partner with leaders across our Adult Mental Health and Community portfolio, supporting teams delivering essential services across complex and dynamic operational environments. You will work closely with leaders to drive positive workplace practices, supporting performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Manager, People & Culture, and working collaboratively within a team of fun and passionate HR professionals at Sonder, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to achieving strong organisational and people outcomes.
