To improve the health of the people of the Mid North Coast through a coordinated population health approach in line NSW and MNCLHD Strategic Directions. About You You bring a solid academic foundation, holding an appropriate degree from a recognised university or college of advanced education, completed over a minimum of three years of full‑time study or through equivalent qualifications. Your professional expertise is grounded in a strong understanding of health education and health promotion theory, supported by evidence‑based practice. You demonstrate well‑developed skills and practical experience in planning, implementing, evaluating, and disseminating health education and health promotion initiatives. Your communication skills—both verbal and written—enable you to build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships across community groups, government agencies, and non‑government organisations. You excel in organisational and team environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work. Your ability to collaborate effectively ensures that you contribute meaningfully to shared goals and outcomes. You are confident in using common computer applications, with particular strength in Microsoft Office and MS Outlook, allowing you to work efficiently and professionally across a range of administrative and project‑based tasks.
