You’ll be a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, supporting project coordination, correspondence management, reporting, procurement and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of systems, processes and communication that support our open space network and community services. This role is based at Council offices and operational sites across the Yarra Ranges, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available. This is a full-time permanent position (38 hours per week). This is a Band 6 role with a salary range between $98,432 and $107,292 per annum, plus superannuation. Experience and skills we’re looking for Experience in a project, program or administrative support role, ideally within a local government or complex operational environment. The ability to coordinate correspondence, reports, meetings and documentation while managing competing priorities and deadlines. Diploma or degree qualifications in administration, business, project management or a related field. Similar qualifications and substantial relevant experience will also be considered. Great organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse customers, stakeholders and internal teams.
