The Dean will lead the development and implementation of a clear strategic vision for the school, with a strong focus on course innovation, research performance, professional accreditation, financial sustainability and the enhancement of the student experience. The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, sound financial stewardship and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse academic community across campuses. The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral qualification in a relevant business or management discipline and demonstrate outstanding academic leadership across research and teaching, including high-quality publications and competitive grant success. The successful candidate will also bring a demonstrated track record of successful degree portfolio development, budget and resource management and mentoring of academic staff. Experience maintaining and strengthening professional accreditations, particularly AACSB, will be highly regarded. The capacity to nurture industry and community partnerships, promote interdisciplinary engagement and foster a culture of high performance and collegiality is critical to this appointment. The role demands outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, together with sophisticated relationship and stakeholder management capability.
