Here’s what awaits you: Operating CAT 793 and 777 Haul Trucks in the Open Pit, working in conjunction with Face shovels, Excavators and Loaders, to fulfil production requirements in a safe and reliable manner. Operating Haul Trucks across various areas of the KCGM site, including the Fimiston Open Pit, Rehandle Ore Delivery area and other trainee-related activities to build your familiarisation to operating in a mining environment. Safely operating a Haul Trucks to transport ore and waste to designated areas to achieve production targets in the mine, You will also display behaviour consistent with our Northern Star Values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect and Results, looking to work with the business for the long-term, and be an integral part in its future growth and development To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Experience: Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn, desriable experience in working 12-hour shifts with repetitive workloads. Qualifications: A Current unencumbered ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence (manual or automatic) and you currently reside in the Goldfields region.
