This role includes supervising the Youth Worker and Peer Support Worker, preparing contractual reports, and ensuring program compliance and quality. You will also contribute to continuous improvement, represent the program in stakeholder meetings, and strengthen collaborative partnerships to enhance service delivery and outcomes. About you You are an experienced youth services professional with a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. You have a background in working with children or young people, especially those facing disadvantage, and understand the barriers to social engagement they experience. You bring strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to high-quality practice and child-safe environments. You are organized, proficient in administrative tasks, and able to travel within the service area as required.
