We are currently seeking a Facility Coordinator to support operations within our facilities management team. This role plays a key part in ensuring maintenance programs, contractor coordination and site operations run smoothly while meeting client and company standards. Job Description As the Facility Coordinator , you will support the Facilities Management team in coordinating both reactive and preventative maintenance activities across the site. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and vendors to ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed KPIs. Facility Coordinator Key Responsibilities Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across the site Manage and coordinate minor works and refurbishment programs Liaise with contractors, vendors and onsite trades teams Conduct contractor checks and ensure compliance with safety procedures Review contractor documentation including SWMS and permits to work Support vendor coordination, invoice tracking and monthly accrual reviews Maintain asset registers and assist with condition assessments Coordinate contractor access, inductions and compliance requirements Assist with incident reporting, investigations and audit activities Support after-hours reactive maintenance when required About You We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple operational tasks within a fast-paced environment. You will ideally bring: Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role (2 years) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience working with contractors and service providers Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel essential) Experience with CMMS systems such as JDE E1 or similar (desirable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A valid Victorian driver’s license Why Join Us?
