Device Technician - Electronics Repair & Refurbishment Truganina, VIC $43.94 per hour Monday to Friday| 7:00am - 3:00pm Bring your electronics repair experience to a growing Product Lifecycle Solutions provider specialising in refurbishment, repair, and device recovery. We are seeking skilled Bench Technicians to join a fast-paced workshop environment working across a wide range of electronic devices. About the Role This is a hands-on technical role where you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing electronic equipment to a high standard. You will work across both production and repair workflows, handling devices from initial fault diagnosis through to final testing. Key Responsibilities Test, diagnose and repair electronic handheld devices Interpret and work from electronic schematic diagrams Complete repair records using ERP systems Perform device disassembly and reassembly Maintain consistent quality and productivity standards ✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience Experience reading and interpreting electronic schematics Hands-on experience with multimeters and soldering Experience using ERP systems for repair/job tracking Strong communication skills and reliability (attendance is critical) Confidence using hand tools (e.g. electric screwdrivers) ⭐ Highly Regarded Component-level troubleshooting and repair experience SMT soldering and de-soldering skills Familiarity with IPC standards (certification advantageous) Experience using oscilloscopes or signal generators Background in electromechanical assembly or repair 1-2 years' experience repairing small electronic devices Equipment You'll Work On EFTPOS terminals E-scooters Modems and routers Security cameras 3D printers Robotic and handheld vacuum devices What We're Looking For You are a detail-oriented technician who enjoys problem-solving and working with your hands.
