You’ll oversee the service department, sharpen workflows, influence pricing, improve contract performance and shape what the service function looks like 12–24 months from now. If expansion accelerates, you’ll be the person steering it. Trade background in HVAC/Refrigeration will carry weight. Commercial acumen is non-negotiable.
