Job Description Permanent, Full-time & Hybrid Working (1 Day WFH, 4 Days in Office) Reporting to the Dean of Higher Education and working as part of the Coaching Team, this role supports institutional student success priorities through integrated academic and disability support, proactive retention and progression strategies, and targeted engagement initiatives that strengthen student well-being, participation, and overall outcomes. Key Responsibilities will include: Developing, implementing and reviewing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), including reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities and diverse learning needs. Providing tailored academic coaching to support student engagement, skill development, confidence, and overall academic success. Proactively monitoring student progress, identifying risk indicators (e.g. attendance or grade changes), and initiating timely, proactive interventions. Collaborating with academic and professional staff to integrate support strategies and ensure a coordinated approach to student success. Maintaining accurate, confidential records and ensuring student support practices align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Contributing to retention, progression, and engagement initiatives, including development of academic success resources and continuous improvement activities. Supporting compliance activities for higher education programs, including documentation for registration and course accreditation
