The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all dealership operations, including: Full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability New Vehicle Department Operations Service and Parts (Fixed Operations) Financial management, budgeting and forecasting Stock control and inventory management KPI performance across all departments OEM relationship management Recruitment, mentoring and development of Department Managers Ensuring compliance and operational standards You will drive revenue growth, maintain strong gross profit, improve customer satisfaction ⭐ and lead a high-performance culture across the dealership. About You We are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Dealership Manager Strong New Vehicle management experience (essential) A solid understanding of dealership financials and KPIs Experience leading Sales, Service and Parts teams The ability to motivate, coach and develop leaders Strong communication skills and professional presence A focus on both performance and customer experience You are commercially aware, confident in decision-making and lead by example.
