Come and join us as our new Chef at Treetop Early Learning, Ascot Vale. Our centre has 8 rooms ranging from our babies to Kindergarten. Our centre is licensed to 142 children and we are a multi level centre. What can you bring to the Treetop Early Learning family as the Chef? We would ideally like to see experience cooking for children, however this is not essential. A good understanding of Dietary Requirements, cleanliness and Allergy management is essential. Support and work closely with our centre management team Be passionate Be able to plan and prepare meals. Undertake ordering, unboxing, cleaning and all the duties that are required in the kitchen. We need to see evidence you have a exceptionally good understanding of allergies and intolerances. Willing to continue developing knowledge and understanding in this area and undertake refreshers and training where required. Have a natural warmth, talk to the children, enjoy being part of our team! Our new Centre Chef will have: Experience and passion to work with us and the team. Food Handling Safety Certificate & Food Allergens Certificate Time management Excellent Hygiene and cleanliness Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and ensure strict dietary requirements are adhered to Working with Children's Check & other required training we ask for at Treetop Early Learning.
