The Opportunity Be at the forefront of driving quality procurement for South Australia’s transport infrastructure. In this role, you’ll support the full procurement lifecycle, strengthen the Civil Construction Procurement Framework, and refine policies that shape strategic project outcomes. Working across a diverse portfolio, you’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, enhance governance controls, manage risks, and help deliver commercial and economic value for the State. About you You bring strong experience managing resources to deliver and enhance procurement programs, supported by deep knowledge of procurement disciplines, trends and risks. With exceptional communication and stakeholder skills, you provide clear advice and navigate negotiations with ease. You think strategically, act with urgency, manage change confidently and solve complex problems. Independent yet collaborative, you set priorities, meet deadlines and make sound decisions that drive meaningful outcomes. Special Conditions A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years. Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
