The Client Our Client is a Major Landlord with a substantial portfolio of shopping centres across the state. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected brand and take ownership of the operational functions of the Shopping Centre. The Role As Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the retail portfolio, ensuring the smooth management of tenancy matters, lease administration, financial reporting and stakeholder engagement. You’ll act as the central point of contact for tenants and be responsible for driving strong outcomes across sales, compliance, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Tenancy management including lease dealings, variations, assignments, and renewals Building strong relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with site rules and lease terms Overseeing retail sales reporting, trends, and performance commentary Managing budgets, forecasts, arrears and debtor management processes Conducting regular inspections of the centre to ensure the highest operational standards Leading retail stakeholder engagement and acting as a key representative during centre activations About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retail or Centre Management Strong financial acumen and lease administration expertise Exceptional communication and relationship management skills The ability to balance operational detail with a strong customer and tenant focus A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with excellent time management skills What’s on Offer This is a unique opportunity to manage the retail offering at a premium shopping centre.
