About the Role This is a hands-on Production Supervisor role where you will be active on the factory floor , ensuring workflow, output and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will lead a team of 7–8 production staff (minimum of 3 per shift), operating across staggered shifts between 6:00am and 5:00pm. Your standard hours will be 7:30am – 4:00pm . This role combines people leadership with operational coordination and system oversight within a well-run, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities · Planning and coordinating daily production flow to meet dispatch priorities · Supervising and mentoring factory staff on shift · Ensuring smooth workflow and resolving bottlenecks in real time · Actively monitoring floor activity to maintain productivity and safety · Utilising ERP systems to manage orders, stock movement and documentation · Maintaining accurate records and system integrity · Conducting quality checks prior to dispatch · Coordinating stock availability and supporting purchasing accuracy · Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a clean, organised factory This role requires someone who is comfortable balancing leadership, systems and practical floor engagement.
