Your key responsibilities. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production planning and workflow management to ensure efficiency, quality, and performance targets are consistently achieved. You will lead and mentor workshop technicians, monitor key KPIs including productivity and cycle times, and ensure all repairs meet strict OEM and compliance standards. The role involves identifying operational hurdles, driving process improvements, managing repair timelines to maintain customer satisfaction, and maintaining full compliance with WHS, EPA, and manufacturer requirements. Strong decision-making skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential to succeed. About you. To succeed in this role, you will hold a trade qualification in Automotive Body Repair or a related discipline and bring proven experience in a Production Manager or senior leadership capacity. You will have a strong understanding of OEM repair standards and quality processes, with demonstrated success managing workflow and achieving production targets. A confident leadership style, with the ability to drive accountability and performance, is essential, along with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also possess solid knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements and a commercially aware, results-oriented mindset.
