Job Description Our client, a true leader in their field is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract to support a major transition from paper-based processes to digital solutions. In this role, you will work independently to deliver business analysis, requirements gathering, process redesign and improvements to support the successful delivery of Information and Technology services. You will also develop business cases, project plans, and testing strategies , ensuring solutions are delivered consistently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct gap analysis and requirements elicitation (functional and non-functional) Map business processes and requirements to product functionality and identify improvement opportunities Translate business needs into technical and solution requirements Develop business cases, investment modelling and project plans Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making Your skills Relevant tertiary qualification in a business discipline Strong knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile BA or similar) Significant experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex organisations Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, modelling and methodology development Excellent written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills Apply today To be considered for this role, submit your CV today (in Word format) by clicking the Apply button or directly to gary@psgaus.com.au
