About the Role APS have an exciting opportunity for reliable and motivated Food Process Workers to join our team based in Dandenong South . This role will see you working onsite with one of Australia's most diverse and well-known food manufacturing companies, supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced bakery environment. Reporting to the Onsite Team, this role plays an integral part in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Shifts Available over 7 days roster. Morning: 2:00am - 12:00pm Afternoon: 12:00pm - 10:30pm Key Responsibilities Assist on production lines within a bakery manufacturing environment. Pack, sort and prepare baked goods for distribution. Monitor product quality and consistency to meet company standards. Operate basic bakery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with strict food safety requirements. Undertake manual handling and repetitive tasks as required. Work collaboratively within a team to achieve daily production targets. Skills & Experience Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or bakery environments (highly regarded). Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace. Strong reliability and punctuality. Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
