Process Operator Roster: Monday–Friday, 8am to 4pm Location: Thomastown, VIC We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Process Operator to support daily plant and waste‑processing activities. This role involves hands‑on work, operating machinery, and contributing to the smooth running of on‑site operations. If you’re reliable, safety‑minded, and enjoy a mix of manual labour and process work, we’d love to hear from you. Key Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload liquid waste tankers safely Assist with operating and monitoring plant machinery Handle and segregate waste streams in line with safety regulations Support decontamination, packaging, and storage processes for liquid waste Perform manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and general waste handling Carry out general labour duties such as sorting, lifting, and maintaining facility cleanliness Lift up to 15kg unassisted Skills & Experience Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to perform repetitive or routine tasks Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Self‑motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
