About the role Reporting to the Group Financial Control leadership, you’ll drive system enhancements, automation, and integrations while partnering with Finance, Technology, and Risk teams to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and optimisation of finance systems, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and efficiency Drive ERP and finance system projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations (Workday and Adaptive Planning experience highly valued) Champion continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and adoption of best-practice finance solutions Partner across teams to deliver projects such as OCR integration, new finance modules, and contract optimisation Provide user support, training, and system governance to enable seamless operations About You: Proven experience managing finance systems or ERP landscapes in large, complex organisations Strong technology and accounting knowledge, with CA/CPA desirable Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or other ERP systems Track record of leading system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with strong stakeholder engagement skills High energy, proactive, and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels If you are interested in discussing this position, please contact Callum McWhinnie at Kaizen Recruitment on 0412 123 706, by emailing callum@kaizenrecruitment.com.au, or applying online.
