Ingenia Communities is growing, and we’re currently hiring a Development Manager to help deliver new and upgraded land-lease communities across regional NSW. You’ll lead projects from early planning through to construction and handover, working closely with residents, consultants, and internal teams. The role is based out of our Sydney head office, with regular regional travel . You’ll manage a mix of greenfield sites, housing projects, and community upgrades, while guiding Assistant Development Managers and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Design, Finance and Operations to bring each project to life.
