The Why: We are seeking a Delivery Lead to support end-to-end delivery of key initiatives for Ubank’s Lending and Risk teams, particularly Digital Direct, Origination and Virtual Partner Squads. This role will work closely with executives, business operations, technology, security, risk, other business divisions and 3rd party suppliers to support key Platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Leadership: Support delivery of Lending and Risk backlog: Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, RAID logs and resource forecasts. Track and report delivery progress, milestones and key OKRs to executive stakeholders and program governance forums. Agile Delivery Uplift: Coach and support Lending and Risk Squads in Agile delivery, ceremonies, and continuous improvement practices. Drive adoption of Agile metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, lead time) and delivery dashboards. Collaborate with other Ubank Agile Squads to strengthen cross-team ways of working Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Delivery, Security and Business teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and escalate risks or issues as appropriate. Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements related to data delivery. Delivery Metrics & Reporting: Establish delivery success metrics including quality, speed, and business value. Track and report OKRs Contribute to quarterly business reviews and portfolio delivery reporting. Your Experience: 5 years’ experience in delivery/program management, including at least 3 years in technology domain Prior experience in Financial Services highly regarded. Certifications in Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master), and project delivery (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems/Technology or related discipline Certifications in Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master), and project delivery (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
