Follow up non-transacting customers, answer concerns and get customers transacting as soon as possible Manage any settlement issues, follow-up queries and resolve queries in an efficient and timely fashion. Manage all Change of Ownership requests. Help customers understand the products/solutions available Manage change of bank accounts, addresses, and other service requests and changes What you'll need to succeed Previous call centre experience (preferably within financial services) Exceptional communication skills and an engaging phone manner Be action-oriented, drive for results and success Lead with authenticity, energy and show resilience.
