A Federal Government Agency is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst / Salesforce Analyst to support reporting, data insights, and system administration within a large, nationally significant program. In this high-impact role, you will help enhance the department’s service delivery capability through high-quality data analysis, dashboard development, and Salesforce optimisation. The successful Data Reporting Analyst / Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Develop and maintain Salesforce datasets, reports, and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making. Prepare timely and accurate Salesforce reports for organisational reporting requirements and executive briefs. Analyse complex datasets to produce clear insights, narratives, and data-driven recommendations. Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy across the Salesforce environment. Support system administration tasks, including flows, objects, permissions, and enhancement requests. The successful Data Reporting Analyst / Salesforce Analyst must have experience in the following: Minimum two years’ experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics (Health Cloud highly desirable). Strong skills in data visualisation and dashboard development; Tableau experience desirable. Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
