You will be reporting to the Manager of Residential Services and working with the care, health and hospitality team. Your Contribution You Can Support This Individualized Care Model By Ensuring food is provided to residents at their chosen mealtime Provide a varied and nutritional food service, which meets the needs of the aged residents within the residential aged care setting. Provide excellent personalised service to our residents. Prepare meals and drinks. Distribute meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties. Dining room services. Complete documentation. What You Bring You bring experience in hospitality or care services, ideally within residential aged care, qualifications a plus You’re warm, approachable and communicate clearly with residents and team members You’re comfortable using IT systems and open to learning new tools You work well in a team and always put residents at the centre of what you do You’re physically capable of handling a hands-on role and ready to pitch in where needed You hold (or are willing to obtain) a current National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care About Us Fresh Hope Communities exists to create spaces that cultivate belonging and places that feel like home.
