Reporting to the Mortgage Processing Manager, you’ll become part of a collaborative, high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your role will focus on ensuring loan documentation is accurate and compliant, while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. What will your key responsibilities include? Ensuring compliance of loan documentation in accordance with Greater Bank’s policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Authorising loans ready for funding and coordinating settlement arrangements, including the certification of title. Reviewing security documentation to protect Greater Banks’ interests and verification of loan conditions being met. Ensuring the continuous, timely, and accurate workflow of documentation to meet service standards. What are we looking for? Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Strong computer literacy, with proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment while also managing tasks independently. Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Experience within a lending or loans administration environment. Exposure to a conveyancing environment, including conducting settlements and preparing documents for registration, is highly regarded but not essential. What can you expect from us?
