You’ll help drive revenue, manage quoting and renewals, and ensure strong commercial and customer outcomes. You’ll build trusted partner relationships, maintain disciplined pipeline management, and identify opportunities to grow renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activity across the installed base. Tasks and Responsibilities Manage daily sales activity across assigned software vendors and partners Maintain strong partner relationships and support quoting, deals, and renewals Maintain clean pipelines with accurate forecasting and timely follow-up Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities Handle deal registrations, special pricing, and vendor approvals Prepare accurate quotes and build solutions using vendor pricing tools Track opportunities end-to-end and maintain clean CRM data Work closely with BDMs, product, vendor, and internal teams Proactively manage renewal pipelines to maximise retention Support partner onboarding, engagement, and ongoing activity Identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts Maintain pricing accuracy and margin governance Support reporting with accurate commercial and opportunity data Coordinate communications to keep deals moving Provide market and partner feedback to internal and vendor teams Develop strong product knowledge to guide partners effectively Skills and Experience Experience in account management or inside sales within a tech or channel environment Strong relationship‑building skills with partners and vendor stakeholders Excellent organisation and attention to detail across quotes, renewals, and follow‑ups Clear, confident written and verbal communication Ability to learn software solutions, vendor programs, and pricing/config tools quickly Strong commercial awareness with a focus on pricing accuracy and margin discipline Proactive, outcomes‑driven, and able to spot upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Resilient, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in IT distribution, software sales support, or channel account management (advantageous) Familiarity with CRM systems, deal registrations, special pricing, and renewals processes Interest in technology and ability to understand customer use cases Ability to work collaboratively across sales, product, vendor, operations, and finance teams Relevant business, sales, or technology qualifications are beneficial Experience with software renewals and partner development in the ANZ channel is valued Our Benefits At Dicker Data, you’ll be part of a fast‑moving, growth‑focused organisation with strong vendor partnerships, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to enabling customer success.
