Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly organized and motivated Team Assistant / Coordinator to support our Investment Sales team in Melbourne. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and brokers, supporting the coordination of property campaigns and transactions across some of Melbourne’s most prominent assets. Job Description The Opportunity In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the team across daily operations, marketing campaigns and client engagement activities. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative and coordination support to senior team members Coordinating meetings, diaries, travel and internal communications Assisting with property campaigns including marketing materials and listing preparation Supporting the preparation of Information Memorandums and presentations Liaising with internal marketing teams, designers and external vendors Maintaining accurate information in internal systems and CRM platforms Supporting financial processes including purchase orders, invoices and expenses Assisting with team events, client meetings and campaign coordination About You This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in commercial property. You may have: 1-2 years’ experience in administration, coordination, real estate, marketing or professional services A degree in business, property, marketing, commerce or a related field Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
