About the role The Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coffs Harbour - NSW . Reporting to the Store Manager you will delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse. In this role you will : Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store Stock movements and the maintenance of stock Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements Unloading inbound orders of stock Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required. Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping. Accompany drivers and assist with two‑man hand unloads when required Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2.30pm. About you: Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential. Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved). A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
