The Role The Onsite Storeperson will spend their working day at one of our customer sites, providing services in line with their Alsco Uniforms needs. In this role you will manage the daily service, inventories and accounts at the customer premises to ensure service excellence. The Location Wagerup Western Australia 1.5 hours south of Perth metro area. The key responsibilities are: Allocate clean uniforms to gowning areas based on customer criteria Prepare used uniforms for pick up Accurately document garment requests, complaints, sizes, types and quantities, and submit them to the Service/Stores Manager Maintain regular communication with Service/Stores Manager and Service Delivery Person Maintain strong, customer-focused relationships Provide positive, energetic service and respond to client inquiries courteously Resolve customer complaints immediately (if possible) to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty Key Skills and Experience Required Working history in a storeperson or similar role is advantageous but not required Confidence in interacting with customers on a day to day basis Being punctual and professional Alsco Uniforms is an equal opportunity employer.
