Due to sustained growth, the firm is seeking a Construction & Major Projects Partner or a Special Counsel ready to step into partnership to join its expanding Projects & Infrastructure team. The Opportunity You will work closely with several market-leading partners on major government and private sector infrastructure projects across Australia. Key areas of work include: Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) Major transport, energy, health and education infrastructure projects Construction contracts and complex project advisory Government procurement and tender processes Project structuring, delivery models and risk management strategies This role offers significant leadership scope, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to transfer and grow your own practice within a nationally recognised team. Candidate Profile Experience: 10–25 years PAE in front-end Construction Law / Major Projects Location: Brisbane Expertise: Demonstrated capability across at least two of the following: Major infrastructure projects Construction and project advisory Government procurement PPPs or complex project structuring Networks: Established relationships with institutional players in this market segment, including Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors Leadership: Commercially minded with strong client management skills and a proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
