Position Title: Marketing & Digital Coordinator Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Position Purpose Support the execution of the company’s marketing and digital initiatives across social, digital, print, and events. This role is hands-on and creative, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and brand storytelling. Maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all channels while supporting key marketing projects and events. Key Responsibilities Digital & Social Media • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms in line with brand guidelines • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, collaborations, events, and promotions • Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and reach Content Creation • Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography for use across social media, website, EDMs, and print • Develop creative assets including website banners, digital ads, EDMs, and marketing collateral • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and aesthetic Email & Digital Marketing • Create and coordinate EDMs, including content development, image selection, and scheduling • Assist with website updates, including homepage banners and promotional content Events & Photoshoots • Coordinate and assist with events, launches, and brand activations • Coordinate and support photoshoots, including scheduling, shot lists, and asset management Analytics & Reporting • Monitor digital and social media performance using analytics tools • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, and growth, providing insights and recommendations General Marketing Support • Assist with the production of print materials and other marketing collateral • Support the wider marketing team with campaign execution and administrative tasks as required Skills & Experience • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital, or social media role (preferred) • Strong content creation skills, including photography and videography • Experience using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Personal Attributes • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented • Passion for design, interiors, fashion, or luxury brands • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work independently • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
