About the Role We are seeking a well‑presented, highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the team across property campaigns, marketing execution, and sales administration. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate media bookings including photography, videography, floorplans, and copywriting Prepare property brochures, signboards, and online campaign content Assist with social media scheduling and promotions Create and manage letters, flyers, and direct mail campaigns Coordinate flyer distribution with external partners Prepare auction packs for agents Process property sales accurately and efficiently Liaise with conveyancers to support contract exchange and settlement Support the team with general marketing and campaign administration Skills & Experience You will bring: Strong organisational and time‑management skills High attention to detail and a proactive mindset Confident communication and client service skills Interest in real estate, marketing, or property services Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Real estate experience is valued, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
