As Contract Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value contracts, including long-term agreements and other major commercial arrangements for large-scale energy projects. Drive contract performance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve disputes in a timely manner. Conduct thorough compliance and integrity reviews to ensure contractual commitments are robust and defensible. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, counterparties and regulators. To be successful, you will bring: Significant experience in contract management, ideally within energy, critical infrastructure, or another highly regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial agreements and deliver strong outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of compliance, governance and risk management frameworks. A proactive, ethical and detail-oriented approach, with a strong interest in the energy transition. Familiarity with EPC contracts, offtake agreements and connection agreements is desirable. Qualifications in business, finance, law, engineering, economics or a related discipline.
