A Day In The Life Provide proactive administration support to the Cruise Product Managers across day‑to‑day operations Manage all ZenDesk enquiries from Sales, After Sales and all other internal and external queries, ensuring timely, friendly communication and smooth issue resolution Ensure all packages loaded onto the website are accurate, up‑to‑date, and displayed correctly across all relevant platforms Proof all marketing collateral (from press ads to social media posts, DM pieces to EDMs) to keep our brand sharp and deals consistent and error‑free Test Traveltek Clusters to ensure they are accurate and bookable Assist with the setup, maintenance, and management of all rates and products both via the Traveltek API & faresheets Conduct regular rate analysis to stay competitive and aligned with market trends Research new products, tours, and attractions to enhance our offering or create upsell opportunities Carry out weekly checks of rates and inventory for products currently being promoted Who You Are 12 months’ experience in retail or wholesale travel preferred Strong cruise knowledge — you love it and know it well Natural organiser with excellent attention to detail Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates and resolves issues early Confident, clear communicator with all stakeholders Tech‑savvy — comfortable with systems, trackers, and inbox management Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering great experiences Team‑spirited, supportive, and flexible (including some public holidays) Detail‑driven with strong ownership from start to finish Adaptable — handles shifting cruise schedules and change with ease What You'll Enjoy Ongoing brain power-ups and skill sharpening, plus occasional escapes to bucket list destinations Catapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industry ✈️ Say no to full price!
