State People & Culture Manager - Queensland Sunshine Coast with options for Brisbane, Gold Coast plus hybrid Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) - one of Australasia's largest ASX-listed radiology providers holds a genuine career opportunity for a driven professional State People & Culture Manager to lead the Queensland People and Culture (Human Resources) team to play a key role supporting our respected and longstanding Queensland clinics: Sunshine Coast Radiology , South Coast Radiology , Imaging Queensland and Central Queensland Radiology . Based in our modern Maroochydore corporate office with flexible hybrid arrangements, you'll lead the Queensland People & Culture team while partnering closely with senior leaders across sites in Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Toowoomba and Central Queensland. Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, you will have a real opportunity to take ownership and lead the P&C strategies and initiatives, by driving: Leadership - provide coaching and support across multiple sites in QLD, as well as contributing to strategic P&C initiatives and projects. Business Partnering - continuous improvement opportunities and implement change through strategic projects to ensure initiatives are aligning to our company/brand strategy Retention & Attraction - developing strategies and programs to attract and retain top talent for business engagement and retention support by partnering with your dedicated talent team. Employee and Industrial Relations - promote a culture of excellence, offering support and advice on industrial relation practices to managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Organisational Development Actively champion, lead change programs and continuous improvement initiatives by formulating partnerships to deliver value and support to leaders for performance goals and development plans. About You 5 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role Strong working knowledge of Federal and State Industrial Relations legislation, with Enterprise Agreement exposure highly regarded Confident managing complex employee relations matters, providing balanced and pragmatic advice A collaborative and coaching approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders Comfortable balancing operational HR activities with project-based initiatives and change Experience leading or mentoring a small team, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment Willingness to travel to local clinics when required to support leaders and teams on-site Enjoy working as part of a national People & Culture team, collaborating with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand What We Offer Competitive Salary: Attractive salary with annual reviews to recognize your contributions.
