The team delivers robust people strategies and services that support leaders and employees during their careers with ASIC. The role As an Organisational Development Coordinator, you will: Coordinate the delivery of employee surveys, including supplier engagement and stakeholder management. Support Organisational Development programs and initiatives (e.g. Performance Development and Culture Champions) through coordination and reporting. Coordinate ongoing employee recognition activities. Support the talent management process by coordinating calibration sessions, ensuring data accuracy and tracking progress. Monitor and respond to Culture & Organisational Development enquiries via the shared team inbox. Manage and review third‑party supplier contracts to ensure compliance with PGPA procurement requirements. Coordinate administration for leadership development programs, including scheduling workshops, managing invites, tracking attendance and distributing pre‑work. Source and analyse data from multiple sources, producing insights through tables, charts and reports, and providing data‑driven recommendations. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as a central point of contact for Organisational Development activities across ASIC. About you In addition, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in any field (desirable). Experience providing coordination or administrative support in an HR or people‑focused environment (desirable, not essential). Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise. Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to source, analyse and report on data. High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LearnHub preferred) (desirable). Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
