They are Canberra based, with a national footprint. The Opportunity This is a newly created role within a growing Project Management team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Sitting between project delivery and client services, this position offers the opportunity to play a central and valued role in a close-knit, dynamic team based in Braddon. Split approximately 50/50 between project coordination and client and business services support, this role is highly suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being a go-to point of contact and takes real ownership of outcomes. The Role No two days will look the same in this role. This is a great role if you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and contributing across a broad range of tasks. These can include: Leading client onboarding, acting as a key point of contact and building strong working relationships Supporting account managers with ongoing client relationship management and handling incoming calls Supporting project delivery from discovery through to completion, including planning, scheduling and reporting Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinating stakeholder communication Creating, assigning and tracking project tasks to keep delivery on track Acting as the conduit between clients and the technical team, ensuring clarity of requirements and timelines Coordinating with internal resources and third-party providers to achieve successful project outcomes Submitting and managing client procurement requests Logging, triaging and allocating support tickets, and following up to ensure timely resolution Monitoring outstanding actions and maintaining strong task discipline across the team The Ideal Person With around 2–3 years’ experience in project coordination or client services, you thrive on variety, take ownership of your work and never let things fall through the cracks. You are positive, proactive and resilient, with a genuine can-do attitude. You enjoy being part of a close-knit team and are comfortable operating in a dynamic, growing business. Whilst you don’t need a technical background, you are comfortable bridging the gap between clients and a technical team, ensuring communication is clear and outcomes stay on track. Experience in an agile, small business environment will see you particularly well placed to succeed.
