What you’ll be doing In this varied role your duties will be but not be limited to: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, phone screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks. Manage candidate applications and ensure accurate data entry and tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks. Assist in creating and posting engaging job advertisements aligned with the employer's brand and tone of voice. Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection. Represent and promote the company's employee value proposition throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Do you have what it takes? To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in recruitment, preferable in the engineering, construction or consultancy space.
