We seek a highly motivated, senior engineer to lead our electrical design solutions and project teams for timely project delivery. As part of a senior, highly technical team you can expect to be exposed to various Small to large-scale projects. Who We’re Looking For. A senior practitioner with recognised technical expertise and strong consulting acumen, supported by RPEQ accreditation. Someone who can independently complete analysis and design of electrical systems, delivering technically excellent, high quality engineering solutions with strong attention to detail. Collaborative team member who works effectively within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects. Experienced engineer with the capability to manage resources, oversee financial performance, and lead the delivery of single discipline projects while maintaining consistent quality outcomes. Forward thinking practitioner who embraces the latest technologies to support our expanding building services workload. Quality-focused reviewer who can verify and assess design work completed by others, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and providing coaching, guidance, and training to less experienced engineers. Technically strong engineer committed to ongoing development, with experience across market sectors such as commercial office, health, retail, hospitality, and more. Confident and articulate communicator who builds strong relationships, works flexibly, and approaches challenges with lateral thinking to deliver smart, practical solutions for our clients. Your background Accredited with RPEQ. Additional professional registrations such as NER and CPEng are advantageous. Established engineering experience across the full project lifecycle, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Experience working within the building services sector, with sound knowledge of Australian building codes and standards. Strong understanding of all relevant Standards and Building Codes applicable to your region. Well developed knowledge of project stages and delivery methods (e.g., full design, design and construct). Ability to apply advanced problem solving skills and use sound initiative and judgement to work independently and meet project objectives. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information effectively—both verbally and in writing—to stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including colleagues and clients.
